昨年の１０月まで、携帯がまだガラ系であった。幼魚水族館を訪れた際、スマートフォンが１円です、の言葉に、取り敢えず話だけ聞いてみることにした。昔は一時期、０円携帯が流行していたが、確か規制の対象となったため、販売できなくなったように記憶している。１円ならいいのか？と、疑心暗鬼になりながら、その内実を伺った。
古い型だから、というのが低価格の理由らしい。それでもガラ系よりは、だいぶ便利であろう。Lineのアプリが使えない、動画が撮影できない、メールを送る、あるいはネットに接続するのにいちいち代金がかかるなど、そろそろ不便が限界に達しつつあったので、ちょうどよいタイミングだと考えた。ただ、話が長くなりそうだったので、今回の目的の幼魚水族館にまず足を運び、そのあと改めて戻ってくると約束して出掛けた。

told me that you could get a cellphone ￥1 only today. So I decided to listen to
only his talk. I probably memorized that the companies were forbidden to sell
the￥0 cellphone which was prevalent at the old time. While I suspected that ￥1 cellphone was OK, I listened to the reason of the fact.
The reason of the low price was that the cell phone was the old type. But it
would be more convenient than "Galapagos." The old type couldn't use the
application of "Line," take a movie. In addition, I had to pay to connect to the
internet and to send e-mail. I considered that it was a good timing as the
inconvenience was reaching my limit. However, I thought that his explanation
seemed to take a long time. I decided to go to the aquarium of the young fishes at first. I promised him to come back again.

話を聞いて疑念がなかったので、早速手続きに入る。すぐそばのドコモショップに移って、契約を進める。データの移転をお願いしたいが、終バスまで時間がない。後日に再訪することになった。
約束の時間が午前中であり、転送自体はあっけなく終了する。幼魚水族館を再度観覧する予定だが、あまりに天気が良い。ドコモショップの目の前に広がる、柿田川公園を散策してみることにした。

contract. Though I would like to transfer the data from the old one to the new
one, I didn't have the time for the last bus. I have to come back again at a later date.
The appointed time was in the morning. The transfer ended soon. Though I
scheduled to visit the aquarium of young fishes, the weather was too good. I
decided to walk around in Kakitagawa Park which was in front of Docomo shop.
入り口付近は広場になっている。木製のテーブルにお弁当などを広げたりと、秋の日和をピクニックで楽しんでいる様子が微笑ましい。噴水が、高く噴き上がっている。周囲に歩道があり、一部に敷設された石段を上ると、噴水を高見から見物できた。
富士の雪解け水が湧き出る公園、と聞いてきた。さぞかし水質が綺麗なのであろうと思っていたのだが、想像以上であった。また、その澄明な流れから勢い良く育っている草木の眺めが、爽やかである。

The fountain was rising highly. There was the narrow promenade around it. I
could look down the fountain after I went up the stone stairs.
I heard that the melted snow water from Mt.Fuji gushed in this park. Though I
thought that the quality of the water would be so splendid, it was more than I
imagined. The view of the plants which grew up by the transparent water was
refreshing.
展望台が二つある。これから向かう先にあるのが、第二展望台であった。長い階段を下った先には、丸い囲いのある湧水地がある。不思議なほど、水が青い。ここはかつて、紡績工場の井戸であったそうである。
小さな貴船神社にお参りをして、森深く誘う山道へと進む。水深が浅いので子供も遊べる湧水広場がある。だが、１１月の下旬で最早水温が低いため、足を浸す者は誰もおらず、閑散としている。

deck. After going down the long stairs, I could find the spring surrounded by a
circle on the bottom of the water. The water was marvelously blue. This place
was used as the well of a spinning mill.
I proceeded the road through the deep forest after praying at the small "Kifune Shrine." There was a spring square where children could play because of the
shallow depth of water. But it was in late November and the temperature of
water was already low. Therefore, nobody soaked feet. Here was quiet.
船着き場と呼称される、柿田川からは橋の下をくぐらねば入れない池がある。水底の数カ所で富士の水が湧き出ており、砂が水中でモクモクと舞い上がっていた。ここも、かつては製紙会社の井戸だったらしい。
木製の”八つ橋”の手前からは、柿田川の眺望が開ける。涼やかな広い川の流れや、繁る草木を楽しむことができる。ここまでも、ここからも、遊歩道は木の間を抜けるので、爽やかな森林浴を楽しみながら散策できるのが嬉しい。心身がリフレッシュされていく。

from "Kakita River," they would have to pass under the bridge on which I stood. The sand moved up at a few places of the bottom as the water of Mt. fuji welled up. Here was also the well of a paper company.
The view of "Kakita River" spread at the front side of the wooden "Yatubashi
(Eight Bridges)." We would be able to enjoy the cool and wide flow of the river,
the green bushes from the water and the big trees. As we have gone through
between the trees until here and from here, it may be pleasant that we can walk with enjoying the refreshing forest bath.
歩道を一周して次に目指すは、やや離れた、公園の端の第一展望台である。ここも長い階段を下る。踏板の幅が狭いので、革靴では難儀である。大きな湧水地があり、種類がわからぬが、魚が二匹泳いでいた。これほど透明な水の中を泳ぐことができるのは、どれほど爽快なことであろう。富士山から深い地下を通って湧き出た川水である。栄養分も、豊富であるに違いない。
After going around the footpath, I aimed at the first observation deck which was far away and at the edge of this park. I had to go down the long stairs too here. The width of the treads was very narrow. It was difficult to go down by my
leather shoes. There was the big spring and two fishes of which I didn't know
the kind swam elegantly. I imagined that it is very exhilarating for a fish to be
able to swim in the very transparent water. The water of the river is welling up
here through the deep underground from Mt.Fuji.
