サンビーチは逐一潜っている。だが、遠くに常に望める初島は、潜るたびに気になっている。海況も魚種も異なるので、いつでも行きたいものの、昨今新たになった生活時間と船の出航に合わせねばならないのだが、どうにもタイミングが合わない。新たな環境によるストレスか。
母が支配的な性格で、もともと三歳ごろから重度の不眠症なのだが、昨今、酒を飲んでも寝られぬ日々が続いている。ならばと、今日は一日好天が続きそうではあるし、ここは思い切って出掛けることにした。
I always dive at Sun Beach. However, I'm interested in Hatsushima which I
could see far away at every time I dive. As the sea condition and the kinds of
fishes are different from Sun Beach, I always watched the timing. But my time of life changed a little. So I have to match my time with the departure of the ship. However, I couldn't get the timing right. It was because of the stress from the
new circumstance.
Though I have suffered severe insomnia from 3 years old by the dominant
personality of mother, the days when I couldn't sleep even if I drunk by liqueur
continue nowadays. I felt that good weather will continue today. I decided to
take the plunge and went out.

それでも、今年初の初島での潜降となれば、弥が上にも気分は高ぶる。今回は、どんな生物と出会えるのであろうか。気持ち的には毎回新たな水族館気分なので、期待は止まるところを知らない。

As the seagulls knew that humans give foods to them, it is the seasonal
tradition that they trace this ferry after the departure. However, only one person held a bag of sweets. It seemed that other people didn't know it.
Anyway, this was the first diving at Hatsushima for me. My feeling couldn't help but go up. What kinds of creatures can I see this time? As it is my thought that I visit at the new aquarium every time, my expectation doesn't stop definitely.
到着してまずは手始めにと、港側で準備を整える。だが、ボタンを押してビデオにいくら録画を命じても、一向に反応しない。電池を変えても無反応である。蓋を開けてみると、原因がわかる。あぁ…、ミニSDカードが入っていない。家のパソコンに刺さったままなのだった。
すぐ傍のシュノーケリング・スクールを訪れ、カードのレンタルをしていないか尋ねるが、それはないと一蹴される。おそらくどこにも売っていないだろうとのことであった。絶望し、諦めて、今日は眺めるだけかと港と岩場に潜り、島の一周の算段を考え始めたとき、あれ？持参した小さなデジタルカメラにもカードが入っていることに思い至る。機械が違えば働かない可能性もあるが、試しに入れてみると、きちっと作動した。となると、いま一度潜り直して、撮影しなければならない。
After arrived, I began to be ready for diving at first. However, my video camera didn't react despite that I pushed the record button many times. Though tried to change the battery, it was no reaction. When I opened the cover, I understood
the cause. Oh, my god. The mini SD card didn't enter into the video camera.
The card was still stuck in my home computer.
There was "Snorkeling school" near the port. Though I visited it and asked that you might rent mini SD card, they rapidly rejected and said that perhaps every
store didn't rent it. I despaired, gave up, and decided to only watch the sea
view. After two dives, uuh? I remembered that my small digital camera that I
brought here had the card. It is possible that If I used it in the different camera,
the camera wouldn't accept it. I tried to enter it into the digital camera. Lucky!
The camera worked accurately. At the time, I considered that I dived right now
again and had to shoot the nice scene.

潜ると、ソラスズメダイの赤ちゃんを観察することができる。
アオリイカの子供が、近寄っても離れない。こっちに非常に興味を持ってくれている。ずっとお互い観察している。色や模様が時折変化する。足を曲げたり、開いたりしている。これは何か、感情の表れなのだろうか。
クラゲは、肉眼では鞭毛が七色に輝いていたが、残念ながら、カメラではその色が映らない。
ブダイが多く、巨大である。ハコフグも、立派に肥った大人が多かった。みんな、長生きしてほしい。

The rocky area
When I dived, I could watch the babies of Neon damselfish.
The babies of the bigfin reef squids didn't escape from me. They seemed to be
interested in me. We observed each other for long time. Sometimes, their color and the pattern changed. They flexed or opened some legs. Is it the sign of
their emotions of thoughts?
The jellyfishes were beautiful. The flagellum was shining in seven colors in my
eyes. But unfortunately, the digital camera couldn't shoot the wonderful colors.
Parrotfishes were many and very big! A lot of the adult boxfishes became fat. I wish their long and safe life.

個人的に大好きなシマウミスズメに遭遇する。
ここのソラスズメダイはいつも寄ってきてくれる。潜ると、こちらでも赤ちゃんが観察できた。

冒頭、フェリー入港後にドヴォルザークの”家路”が流れる。これが、熱海での午後４時半の合図である。
個人的に大好きなシマウミスズメに遭遇する。
ここのソラスズメダイはいつも寄ってきてくれる。潜ると、こちらでも赤ちゃんが観察できた。
The port area
At the beginning of the movie, after the ferry entered into the port, the part of "Goin' Home" made by Dvorak sounded. It is the notice of 4:30 in Atami.
I could encounter Thornback cowfish which I love personally.
Neon damselfish who swam here always came to me. When I dived deeply, I
could observe the babies.
灯台にも登り、島内1周も無事終えた。結局、岩場三回、港二回潜って、最終便で帰路に就く。
乗船を始める頃には、やや日が陰ってくる。船が港から出始めると、島民だろうか。今日、島に残る人たちが手を振ってくれる。船が徐々に方向転換して、勢いよく海上を走り始めると、楽しかった島の姿が遠ざかっていく。先程登った灯台の灯が時折輝く。目に眩しい。
I could climb the lighthouse and finish to walk around this island safely. Finally, I dive three times at rocky area and two times at the port area. I took the last ferry to go back home.
By the time I started boarding, the sun was slightly getting darker. When the
ferry went out from the port, are they the island citizens? People who would
stay this island today waved their hands. The ferry changed the direction
gradually and started running on the sea vigorously. The figure of the island that used to be fun faded away slowly. The light of the lighthouse which I climbed a
few hours ago occasionally shined. My eyes was dazzled by the bright beams.
